About this policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on innovationsynergy.ai, what each does, and the choices you have. It complements our Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and analytics pings to remember your preferences and measure traffic.

Opt-out model

We use a US-style opt-out model. Analytics and ad-attribution scripts load by default. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a do-not-track request and block those scripts automatically. You can also turn them off at any time using the cookie preferences toggle in the site footer. Turning the toggle off stops the scripts from loading — it does not just hide the user interface.

Categories of cookies

Strictly necessary

These power the audit request form and basic site security. They cannot be disabled and do not require consent. Without them, the form would not work.

Analytics & ad attribution

Google Analytics measures how visitors find and use the site, and ad-attribution tools connect visits to our advertising. These scripts load by default. When you turn the toggle off, a cookieless, identifier-free ping may still be sent so basic traffic counts remain available without identifying you, but advertising cookies are blocked.

Consent and Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode. Until you opt out or your browser signals Global Privacy Control, analytics and ad storage start as denied and GA4 operates in a cookieless mode, then updates to granted once the scripts load. When you turn the toggle off, storage is set back to denied. Your preference is stored in local storage and applied across visits.

Specific cookies

The cookies set may include Google Analytics measurement cookies (such as identifiers used to distinguish visitors and sessions) and our opt-out preference record stored in local storage. The exact set depends on your choices and on Google’s current implementation. Essential cookies for the audit form are always present.

Managing cookies

You can manage cookies in three ways:

  • Use the cookie preferences toggle in the site footer to turn analytics and advertising on or off.
  • Clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
  • Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser to block these scripts automatically.

Turning off analytics and advertising does not affect the audit form or your ability to request a service.

Third-party tools

Google Analytics is operated by Google under its own privacy practices. Google may set and read its own cookies subject to Google’s policies and your opt-out choice on this site. The CRM platform that receives audit requests also operates under its own terms.

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools or legal requirements change. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
